Now that my kids are older I thought it was time to do something for myself. I took 12 sessions and the results are very, very good. I look forward to putting my bikini back on.

I've been overweight all my life. It is a combination of predisposition and lifestyle. The whole family is overweight. We love a lot and good food. It has been ingrained in it from an early age, it is so difficult to break through. Then I started the all-in weight loss program. The combination of body treatments with coaching, nutrition and a coach who is always available has helped me to lose 10 kilos within 3 months. It has not been easy, but I am lucky

After having my 3 children my body has changed enormously. I have really tried many different treatments, diets and sports but nothing works. Then I ended up at VJlifestyle through a referral from a friend. The personal guidance has helped me to adjust my lifestyle in several areas and the body treatments have given my body more shape and a smooth skin. Now I have the tools to get closer to my goal!

At first I was skeptical. There are many devices that say they do a lot but in the end they don't do much. I really did not expect that such a difference would be visible so quickly. A nice treatment without too much effort. Also a very professional space and employees!

I've learned to love myself more. After following the weight loss program, I started to look more beautiful from the outside through the body treatment and through the guidance in nutrition I started living a healthier life. Everything tailored to my lifestyle, wonderfull!!!
